It’s been a crazy 24 hours, hasn’t it? Many of us here in the US woke up feeling broken, sad, uneasy, or unsure, among other emotions. I wanted to take a moment to remind you that it’s okay to feel the way you do. Acknowledge your feelings, name them, and don’t let anyone convince you that you should feel differently. These feelings are part of your life, your story, and your journey.
Give yourself the space and time to process these emotions. Allow yourself to arrive at a place where you can take a deep breath and know that tomorrow is a new day. That day can look and feel however you want it to. You can still create, dream, do, and be, despite the outside noise. In trying times or adversity, we often discover new ways to find ourselves, solve problems, slow down, and love more.

So, how are you going to make time and space for yourself today? What do you want your tomorrow to look like?
Here’s a permission slip (or self-contract) to help ensure you take the time you need to feel, recover, and envision what you want your tomorrow to be.
With love and wellness,
Crystal
