First off thank you for sharing, I know questions like this can be hard to share. I also fully understand that you can have a fulfilling life, and still be lonely, you can have it all and still be down in the dumps or struggle with emotions, and feelings. It’s ok for both to be true, and it’s amazing that you have recognized this and identified it. This is the first step, identifying the problem or struggle.
Now it’s time to dig deeper and see what’s causing or triggering the feelings of low self-worth (places, people, situations, thoughts, etc.) so you can create the solution you want. Take some time to journal on this, or keep your phone handy to note when triggers happen. Once you know what triggers you, you can begin to remove those triggers, replacing them with feelings, behaviors, and actions that will boost your self worth, bring you joy, and comfort. This could be anything from reaching out to connecting with others, meditating, listening to music, exercising, spending time in nature, yoga, breathing exercises, tapping, positive self talk, mirroring exercises, etc.
These are just two aspects of dealing with your current struggles of low self worth. It’s a journey and will take time. I invite you to look at working with a therapist, or even myself, to help guide you and create the solutions and answers you want to see in this area of your life. I’m currently looking to fulfill coaching hours for my Holistic Coach Training Certification and International Coaching Federation Accreditation. With that said, I would love to work with you one-on-one. This offer would be free of charge and help with my coaching hours, while helping you. Feel free to email me if interested and we can talk details: Crystal.Garcia@dailyritualboutique.com
