I've made some changes to the Ask A Wellness Coach section of the community. All old posts/quesitons have been moved to the General Discussion forum. Moving forward each month I will be going live for 45 min. to open up space for us to talk through the communities current selfcare/wellness concerns, questions, and struggles. So how does it work?
On the 1st of each month I'll share a post here in Ask A Wellness Coach for you to submit what you would like to talk about, and for a chance at a hot seat (a response from me and fellow community members on your submission).
Group coaching will be on the 2nd Friday of each month at 12:00 pm EST. Make sure to save the meeting link and mark your calendar (all details will be included in the post).
